Following receipt of your application for enrolment and application fee, your child’s name will be placed on the waiting list. GECC will contact you to discuss any current vacancies (if applicable) and to arrange a tour of the centre if you wish.
Generally, letters of offer for care in the following year will be issued to current GECC families in August / September. Once current families have responded, offers for care for new families will be issued, generally in October of the year before the child is due to commence at GECC.
Positions in the rooms sometimes become available during the year. If this occurs, the waiting list for the relevant room will be reviewed and families will be contacted to see if the available days meet their needs.
